Emergency crews called to vehicle fire alert in Hillington

Firefighters were called to tackle a large vehicle blaze in Hillington last night.

The incident in Station Road, just off the A148, was reported to the Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service at around 8.50pm on Friday.

Units from Lynn and Sandringham tackled the flames.

Earlier in the evening, a Lynn crew was also called to a blaze on a grass embankment off Sandy Lane, South Wootton at around 7.50pm.

Four crews were also called to a large vehicle fire in Holme Hale at around 4.30pm.
