World Hat Walk comes to Fakenham this month

A town is getting ready to go mad for hats during this year’s World Hat Walk.

Fakenham residents will dust off their most outrageous, elegant or simply fabulous hats during the event on Sunday, April 27.

Organised locally by the Extraordinary Hat Company and Active Fakenham, this fun-filled event promises a colourful spectacle while raising vital funds for deserving charities.

Nationally, the World Hat Walk is supporting Brain Tumour Research. Fakenham will be raising money for Ladies in League Against Cancer and the North West Norfolk Autism Association.

On the day, there will be planned photo stops to capture the fun and showcase stunning headwear.

The meeting point will be outside Aldiss at 12.30pm for the walk to start at 1pm.
