These are some of the 40 young musicians from West Norfolk Jubilee Youth Orchestra who performed a concert for disabled people at Downham Town Hall in March, 1983.
The audience, many in wheelchairs, heard a mixed programme of music ranging from the Parade of the Tin Soldiers through to Haydn’s Clock Symphony.
Items played by the orchestra’s concert band were conducted by Roger Lines and the full orchestra was conducted by David Steel.
Civic dignitaries were also in the audience.
