In our weekly Paws For Thought column, RSPCA staff try to find a home for an adorable pair of dogs…

Boomer and Roxy are adorable girls who are nine and 12 years old.

They didn't arrive in the best condition but are feeling much more comfortable and relaxed than they were.

Despite all they have been through they both remain happy, affectionate girls who like to be together walking and playing.

We would like to re-home these girls together as they have lived with each other for some time and look to each other for comfort and companionship.

Roxy and Boomer are good-natured dogs who need a warm, loving home for their retirement years, suited to families who have a secure six foot fenced garden to play in and time to spend with these lovely ladies.

Sadly, these beautiful girls have not received one application.
