Bright colour waistcoat competition held at raffle and quiz at Dersingham Village Centre in aid of Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House at Hillington




A raffle and quiz night was held in aid of Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House last week.

Dersingham Village Centre provided the bar facilities to show their support for last Friday’s charity event.

Some 26 teams competed, with about 125 participants in total.

Quiz master Graham Eley said: “It went extremely well, and was very enjoyable.

“All the people there very much enjoyed themselves.”

An additional fundraising activity was added to invitations which was to wear a brighter coloured waistcoat than the quiz master’s one.

Whoever won or lost made a contribution to the charity.

The total raised from the event was £1,113.76.
