Susie Lemon, founder and chief taster said: "We've just launched a really exciting new product.

"It is edible raw cookie dough that can be baked or just eaten with a spoon. We're really excited about it."

With the added bonus of being the only company in the UK to sell indulgent, naughty gluten-free edible cookie dough, on offer is soft, spoonable all-butter cookie dough, made with oat flour.

Edible cookie dough can be eaten with a spoon straight from the tub, or baked in the oven and served with ice cream for a delicious dessert and it comes in four flavours;

Triple Chocolate Chunk - find it packed with chunks of white and milk chocolate and a dark chocolate drizzle

Double Caramel Fudge - this caramel overload cookie dough contains caramel fudge, golden caramel chocolate and is finished with a drizzle of caramel sauce!

Rainbow Cutie - super fun and colourful, you’ll find this packed with milk chocolate and crunchy cuties, finally finished with more white chocolate!

Raspberry and White Chocolate Chunk - for flavour that packs a punch, it blends real raspberry powder into this gooey cookie dough.
