Bawsey Country Park offering £1,000 reward for useful graffiti information

A £1,000 reward is on offer for those with information which leads to a successful prosecution following graffiti at a country park.

The old railway bridge on the western edge of Bawsey Country Park has been adorned with graffiti, some of which is believed to be very recent.

As a result, the park has appealed to the public for information due to a lack of CCTV for the investigation.

An announcement by Bawsey Country Park states: "Regretfully this post has a more negative aspect than usual, however, we believe that it is an important issue.

"This type of behaviour is unacceptable, and we are very interested in tracing the person, or persons, responsible."
