Crash closes B1145 in Gayton




Police have urged drivers to avoid the scene of a crash in West Norfolk this morning.

Emergency crews are currently at the scene of an incident involving two vehicles on the B1145 in Gayton, which was reported at around 8.10am today.

A Norfolk Police spokesman said a short time ago: "The road is currently closed between Gayton and Massingham and is expected to remain closed for some time.

"Motorists are currently being advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes."

The Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service says it is dealing with an "ongoing incident" in the Gayton Thorpe area, which was reported at around 8.20am today.
