Crash on A10 at Hilgay which caused severe injuries to man prompts police appeal




Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash on the A10 a few weeks ago.

The incident happened on the A10 at Hilgay at around 6.15am on Saturday 18 February 2023 and involved a recovery vehicle and a Nissan xTrail car.

A man who was the driver of the recovery vehicle suffered serious leg and head injuries and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at King’s Lynn.

He has since been discharged from hospital.

The road was closed while emergency services were at the scene and reopened again at 8.45am.

Officers would like to speak to any witnesses or anybody who saw the recovery vehicle on the road at the time or has dash cam footage.
