Deer trapped in barbed wire in North Wootton

Fire crews were alerted after a deer became trapped in barbed wire last night.

Lynn-based units were called to the scene in Ling Common Road, North Wootton shortly after 10pm.

However, service chiefs said the animal had managed to free itself before the crews arrived.
