Eggciting Easter challenge launches for Reffley youngsters

Reffley youngsters can unleash their creative talents this Easter by joining in the Reffley Eggstravaganza.

Aiming to brighten up Reffley Hall for the local community to enjoy on their daily walks, the activity calls for children to design their own Easter egg to be displayed in the hall windows.

Organisers said: "Easter this year is again going to be different, so we’re launching the Reffley Eggstravaganza to brighten up the local community.

"Children (and adults) can print off our Easter egg template and design, decorate, colour or paint it. Then we will put them up in their window for all to see.

"How nice would it then be to spot these ‘eggcellent’ creations when out on your daily walk/exercise. How many do you think we’ll get to see?"

The event follows the success of previous events including a Halloween creative challenge for youngsters to design their own pumpkin.

Families can join in the Easter fun by visiting https://www.reffley.com/2021/03/04/reffley-eggstravaganza/ where they can print the Easter egg template.

Organisers have asked for families to email pictures of their creations to info@reffley.com so they can be published on the Hall website and Facebook page.
