Elderly woman seriously injured in crash between BMW and cyclist on Outwell's Isle Road

Police have launched an investigation following a serious collision in Outwell yesterday evening.

Officers were called to Isle Road, Outwell, shortly after 6pm, following reports of a collision involving a black BMW and a cyclist.

Emergency services attended the scene and the victim, an elderly woman, was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital with serious injuries, where she remains.

An investigation has been launched and enquiries are ongoing.
