Norfolk's Sowerby estate agent scoops three top prizes in regional round of International Property Awards

Innovative marketing, unparalleled customer experience and an exceptional website has secured Sowerbys Estate Agents three top prizes in the International Property Awards.

The Norfolk property specialist took home the Real Estate Agency Marketing, Real Estate Agency Office and Real Estate Agency Website awards in the 2022-23 regional heat.

It puts the business through to the national round.

An independent panel of more than 80 industry experts judged entries, focussing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

Sowerbys will receive its awards at a prestigious ceremony in October, with the European heat of winners announced in December.

Now in their 29th year, the awards cover more than 50 different residential and commercial categories with regional heats staged for across the globe.

Sowerbys has branches in Lynn, Burnham Market, Fakenham and Hunstanton, as well as Dereham, Watton, Holt, Norwich and Wells.
