A total of £1,882 was raised during a fete held at the Swaffham Infant and Nursery School on Saturday.
The event was organised by the school’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA), with the proceeds going towards new play equipment.
Chairman Joanne O’Connor said: “We recently bought a shed and we’re trying to fill it with stuff for playtimes.”
The PTA also helps to fund a range of facilities and activities, including school trips and an annual pantomime performance at the school.
As well as offering a traditional array of stalls and games, the fete also included tractor rides.
Miss O’Connor also thanked sponsors Hamlin Financial Services and Saxon Agriculture for their support.
