Fire crews use hydraulic rescue equipment to release occupants after two-vehicle crash on A149 at Heacham




People were released from vehicles using specialist equipment after a crash on a main road this morning.

Police were called to the collision involving two vehicles at 10.18am on the A149 at the j unction with Lamsey Lane in Heacham.

Emergency services, including paramedics and fire crews from Lynn and Heacham, attended the scene and released the vehicle occupants using hydraulic rescue equipment.

The road was closed but reopened at around 1pm.

There have been no reports of any injuries, but the East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted for any further updates.
