Four people had to be helped by a warden after they were cut off by the tide on the West Norfolk coast.
Lifeboat crews were despatched to Scolt Head Island, off Brancaster, at around 5.20pm yesterday, but found the group had been helped to safety before they arrived.
Units were also alerted to another group trapped on the wreck sands in the area, who managed to return to shore unaided.
