Downham Market free Halloween fun day was great success - with young competition winners set to switch on Christmas lights




These three spooky young characters were judged the best dressed in a Halloween fun day.

Downham Market Town Council held the free event last Thursday in the town hall and the market place.

It featured a host of themed fun including a fancy dress competition, fun fair rides, face painting, traditional games and a disco.

The fancy dress competition was won by Rhys Weston (pictured centre) with Robyn Williams (left) runner-up and Aurora King (right) third.

Rhys and Robyn also won the honour of turning on the town’s Christmas lights on November 24.
