Friendship Group of 10 ladies raises nearly £800 for Queen Elizabeth Hospital Breast Care Unit

A Friendship Group of 10 ladies, who meet for lunch each month, has raised hundreds of pounds in aid of breast cancer patients.

The West Norfolk group has raised £790 over the last year through its regular meetings.

Money raised has been donated to the West Norfolk Breast Care Unit at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Group member Mrs Jasmine Fulcher, who presented the cheque, said: “We began meeting in 2006 and have raised around £10,000 in that time for a number of good causes.
