Beautiful tribute from friends and colleagues of Matthew Rodwell, who died in Downham Market
The friends and colleagues of refuse worker Matthew Rodwell, 39, rode out in 17 bin lorries on Tuesday to pay tribute on the day of his funeral service.
Matthew worked for Serco Waste Management Services, and the fleet of dustcarts were organised by his partner Kerry Peckham, who also works for the firm.
She described Matthew as "the most kind, gentle man".
Matthew's family said in a statement: "We would like to thank everyone who turned up to celebrate the life of Matthew. A special thank you to the staff of Serco for organising an amazing tribute of 17 bin lorries.
"We ask you to continue to respect our privacy while we grieve the loss of Matthew."
Matthew tragically died earlier this year and the community has been in mourning.
Wayne and Riley Peckham have been given a provisional trial date of July 25 for murder.
The pair, will next appear in court on April 1 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
