Insurance firm Adrian Flux creating 150 new jobs at offices in King's Lynn and East Winch

Adrian Flux Insurance is embarking on another recruitment drive providing a major jobs boost for West Norfolk.

With fears growing across the country of an employment crisis thanks to the financial impact caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the insurance broker is bucking the trend by creating 150 roles across its East Winch and Lynn offices.

Career opportunities are available throughout both sites as Adrian Flux gears up for the start of their peak season in spring 2021.

Rob Balls, a manager at Adrian Flux, said: “Thanks to our ability to adapt quickly and safely during the lockdown we have been able to carry on driving the business forward.

“As a result we have enjoyed some record-breaking performances at one of the most challenging and difficult times for businesses, ours included. This has enabled our vision for growth to continue.

“To keep up with the demand and get staff ready for when things get even busier in March 2021 we’re looking to recruit and can’t wait to provide more people with the opportunity to join our company.”

Predominantly sales, customer service and renewals team positions are available with Adrian Flux recruiting throughout the winter to get ready for their busiest period. They are also looking to fill 35 similar positions at their Norwich office taking the company’s recruitment opportunities to 185 in total.

Training for staff will begin in the office and can potentially continue at home – where 80 per cent of the company’s staff are currently working. After the completion of training and once experience has been gained, various working patterns are available to offer great flexibility on ever-demanding lifestyles. Team members can also choose whether to work from home or from the office, to better suit their needs.

Successful candidates will earn a competitive salary as well as performance-related bonuses and regular opportunities to increase their salary, up to 38 days annual holiday and enrolment into the company pension scheme.
