King's Lynn commuters faced with disruption as large crane breaks down on A149

There has been disruption on a busy King's Lynn roundabout this morning due to a broken down crane on the A149.

Norfolk Police were called to the QEH roundabout at 7am and are still on the scene.

A spokeswoman for the police said traffic is still able to pass on one lane while police wait for a new tyre for the large crane.

There is no estimated time of arrival for the tyre according to the police, and Highways has been called.

A social media post by Norfolk Police advised drivers to avoid the area where possible.

It also stated the disruption may cause delays.

The crane has broken down on the Hardwick Roundabout side of the QEH roundabout.
