King's Lynn hospital records 400th coronavirus death

The coronavirus death toll at Lynn's Queen Elizabeth Hospital has today passed 400.

Nine more patients are now known to have died at the Gayton Road site after testing positive for the infection.

That means the total number of fatalities recorded at the hospital since the start of the pandemic has now climbed to 403.

Today's update from NHS England shows four patients died on Wednesday, plus five more on Thursday.

A total of 17 deaths have been recorded at the hospital so far in February.
