Lynn Minster's weekly organ recitals are back

Lynn Minster will be staging its weekly lunchtime organ recitals for the public from Tuesday and filling the church with music again.

Since the beginning of February, the Minster has been streaming organ recitals on the church Facebook page. These recitals were given free by local organists.

The online performances finished last week and can now go ahead for visitors to attend in person.

They will take place every Tuesday at 12.30pm until October 5 and the first recital will be by Adrian Richards, director of music at the Minster.

This will be the 25th year of the popular Tuesday recital series. For more information, please visit the King’s Lynn Minster website:

In line with current guidance, social distancing and masks are required inside the Minster. Entry is free and any donations will contribute to the organ and music fund. The Minster Café remains closed due to Coronavirus restrictions but it is hoped that it will be able to reopen soon.
