The trial of a Swaffham man on a GBH charge will be heard at crown court.
Jack Baxter, of Buttercup Drive, is accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent on another man on March 18.
Baxter, 31, did not enter a plea when he appeared before Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
The bench declined jurisdiction and a plea and directions hearing will be held at Norwich Crown Court on October 13.
Baxter was granted unconditional bail to the next hearing.
