Person taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital after West Norfolk accident




A man was transported to Lynn's hospital following an accident in a West Norfolk village during rush hour yesterday morning (October 13).

Emergency services including the police, ambulance and fire services attended the accident on Lynn Road in Gayton.

The ambulance service was called around 8.15am before Norfolk and Fire Rescue Service received a call at 8.40am to assist.

A spokeswoman for the ambulance service said: "One crew attended and treated a male patient at the scene before transporting him to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further assessment and care."
