A Narborough man charged with sexual offences against a boy has had his case sent to Norwich Crown Court.

Paul Ellis, 41, is accused of causing or inciting a boy aged 15 to engage in sexual activity between August 1 and August 6, 2018.

The offence, some details of which have been withheld from publication, can only be dealt with by a judge and jury.

No plea was taken as Ellis, who appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, had the matter sent to the crown court.

He is also charged with a separate sexual activity offence with a boy of 15 between August 1 and November 6, 2018, and engaging in sexual communication with a child between March and May 2018.

And Ellis, of Mitchells Way, faces two charges of making a total of eight indecent photographs of a child, and possessing an extreme pornographic image.

He was released on unconditional bail to the next hearing on June 24.
