Pensthorpe has been named one of the UK’s best new campsites for 2024 by The Guardian
A renowned nature reserve located just 11 miles from the North Norfolk coast has been named among the country’s best.
Pensthorpe has been named as one of the UK’s best new campsites for 2024 by The Guardian newspaper.
This exciting accolade comes as Pensthorpe prepares to welcome guests to its brand-new pop-up camping and glamping site this summer.
Starting from July 9 and running through to September 1, visitors can experience the natural beauty of Pensthorpe in a whole new way.
The site offers 24 spacious tent pitches and six luxurious bell tents, designed to accommodate families and groups with ease.
Each bell tent is equipped with a comfortable double bed and three single beds.
Guests can enjoy the convenience of solar-powered toilets and showers while embracing the off-grid experience – with phone charging available at the Courtyard Cafe if needed.
To enhance the camping experience, fire pits and barbecue slabs are available for hire, and a food truck serving delicious pizza is on-site.
Donna Hodds, marketing and events manager for Pensthorpe, said: “We are thrilled to be recognised by The Guardian as one of the UK’s best new campsites for 2024.
“We look forward to welcoming guests to our new camping and glamping site, where they can enjoy the natural beauty and tranquillity of Pensthorpe while making unforgettable memories.”
