Sir Henry visited the Body Shop’s Lynn branch on Friday to sign the company’s petition against the practice.

The firm hopes to gather eight million signatures for the cause before presenting the petition to the United Nations in a bid to trigger international action.

Sir Henry said: “I feel very strongly about this. I’ve spoken to the government about it and they are pushing very hard for more action.”
