It's one of West Norfolk's biggest festive traditions and hundreds have today taken part in Hunstanton's annual Christmas Day swim.
The event, which is organised by the Hunstanton and District Round Table group, raises thousands of pounds for good causes every year.
And, with bright sunshine greeting the participants, it is thought the crowds cheering the swimmers on were bigger than for many years.

The Round Table has now been organising the swim for 60 years and, this year, had two checkpoints in the sea for swimmers to reach instead of the usual single one.
What hasn't changed, though, is the array of fancy dress and festive costume donned by participants as they braved the chilly waters.
