Planned night closures on A149 Thornham Road in Holme next the Sea

The A149 Thornham Road will be closed overnight for highway maintenance on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 1 and 2.

The closure will be in place between 7.30pm and 6am for the two nights between the junctions of Eastgate and Staithe Lane in Holme next the Sea.

An official signed diversion route will be available via the A149, the B1153 and the B1454 and vice versa on each night. Access to all properties within the closure will be maintained at all times, although some delays may occur.

Norfolk County Council has thanked people for their patience while this work is carried out.

The work, to prevent surface deterioration and improve skid resistance, will cost £36,937 and is being carried out by the council’s infrastructure department and their contractors.
