Norfolk Police called after horse falls on B1145 near Gayton

Police were called after receiving reports of a horse falling on a main road earlier this afternoon.

Norfolk officers attended the B1145, close to Gayton, after being called at 12.03pm today (Friday).

They had been informed that the animal had fallen, but upon arriving at the scene the road was clear.

Reports suggest that the horse had been part of a funeral procession.
