Queen Elizabeth Hospital announce 170 patients discharged




Lynn's Queen Elizabeth Hospital has confirmed 170 patients who had tested positive for coronavirus have been discharged.

Posting on social media this morning, the hospital praised staff for their care to these patients.

The post said: "We have now been able to discharge 170 patients who had previously tested positive for Covid-19.

"Thank you to staff across Team QEH for your hard work, skill, compassion and dedication to delivering the best care for all our patients."

The QEH announced yesterday that a man in his 80s who had previously tested positive died at the hospital, bringing the total number of Covid-19 related deaths at the site to 105.
