Road accident on busy King's Lynn road during morning rush-hour

A collision between a van and a car took an hour to be cleared on a busy King's Lynn road during the morning commute today (Friday, January 25).

Police were called at 7.35am after a Renault Megane collided with a Transit van on the south side of the Southgates roundabout.

The road was cleared by 8.30am and no-one was injured during the road traffic collision.

This is despite one vehicle colliding with a lamppost following the RTC which left considerable damage to the front of the Renault.
