A1065 at Hilborough reopened by Norfolk Police after serious crash

A road has reopened following a serious crash this morning.

Norfolk Police closed the A1065 at Westgate Street in Hilborough this morning after the collision, and said it was likely to remain shut for several hours while emergency services attended the scene.

Fire crews from Swaffham and Watton rushed to the crash, helping to make surroundings safe and releasing vehicle occupants using hydraulic rescue equipment. Their stop message was received at 7:56am.

A police spokesperson has confirmed that the road has now reopened.
