Showhome opens on King's Lynn's Nar Ouse
A showhome and marketing suite has opened to launch Lovell's new 105-home development at Nar Ouse, Lynn.
The company says there has been a lot of interest in the site, especially from first-time buyers, and plots have already been reserved.
Operating by appointment only, visitors will be able to meet the sales team at the site, called Nar Valley Park, visit the furnished show home, discover the buying schemes available and look at the plots on offer.
The new development has a selection of two and three-bedroom homes, ideal for first time buyers and existing homeowners. With a mix of 37 homes available for open market and the remainder being affordable, shared ownership or private rented sale, the range of house styles will suit young professionals, growing families and those looking to downsize.
The show home now available to view at Nar Valley Park is the popular three-bed Lansdown. It includes an en-suite bedroom, as well as French doors leading to the rear private garden.

The site is being developed in conjunction with West Norfolk Council. Cllr Richard Blunt, cabinet member for development and regeneration, said: “I’m pleased to see these much needed homes come on to the market. They’re in a good location with excellent access to everything King’s Lynn town centre has to offer. Buying options include the Help to Buy scheme for first time buyers, making the properties accessible to people who really need them.”
Prices for the development start at £185,000 on open market and the government Help-to-Buy scheme is available for first-time buyers.
