Snettisham's Minnie marks a century with her carers

A former nurse celebrated her 100th birthday at her home in Snettisham with flowers from her carers.

Marking a century, Minnie Baxter said: “I have had loads of things for my birthday - a cardigan, sweets, chocolates, cake and a lovely bunch of flowers from Extra Hands - and a balloon with 100 on it.”

West Norfolk home care company Extra Hands has been helping to retain her independence by providing at-home care for Minnie for the last five years and presented her with a bouquet to help her celebrate.
