Snow falling across West Norfolk

It's beginning to look a lot like ... winter, as heavy snow fell on West Norfolk this morning.

There was enough of the white stuff to give quite a dusting to roof tops across the borough, although the volume had not appeared to cause significant traffic problems yet.

The Met Office forecast that heavy snow will continue into this afternoon, turning to rain before easing off by 7pm.

The temperatures were just about at freezing or 1C so wrap up warm out there.

Things should warm up to a balmy 6C tomorrow with even the chance of a glimpse of sunshine but there may be freezing fog around on Sunday morning.
