Snow warning issued for West Norfolk




People in West Norfolk are being told to expect a taste of winter tomorrow.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning,meaning the public should be aware, for snow, effective from midnight until noon on Thursday.

Forecasters say they expect sleet and snow to cause travel disruption across a large area of central and eastern England, including this area.

The Met Office said: "Some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services."

Current forecasts suggest the worst of the conditions will be between 7 and 10am on Thursday.
