Service advisers at Lynn's Thurlow Nunn dealership achieve top marks in customer survey
Staff at Vauxhall retailer Thurlow Nunn Kings Lynn are celebrating after two team members bagged the perfect score in a recent customer service satisfaction survey.
Amy Holmes and Joanne Tansley, both service advisers, achieved an outstanding score of 100 per cent in the survey distributed among customers using the retailer’s service department during February. More than 30 customers gave them a perfect score.
Steve Johnson, general manager at the Campbells Meadow base, said: “I am very proud of the feedback that Amy and Joanne have received from our customers.
"They are brilliant team members and always go above and beyond to provide the best possible service. It’s the first time in 25 years that I have seen anyone receive a perfect score on multiple customer feedback surveys, a fantastic achievement.”
Amy and Joanne said the recognition was "wonderful". “We have a great team here at Thurlow Nunn, with everyone prepared to do their bit to help every customer,” they said.
