Teenager dies two days after South Lynn street fight

A teenager who suffered serious head injuries during a brawl in South Lynn at the weekend has died, police have announced this afternoon.
The 17-year-old, who has not been named, was found unconscious in the street following the incident in Saddlebow Road at around 3.30am on Sunday.
He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where Norfolk Police has now confirmed that he died earlier today.
A 31-year-old man, who was already in custody in connection with the incident, has now been re-arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.
Meanwhile, a 30-year-old woman, who was also arrested over the incident, has been released under investigation, pending further inquiries.
