Two-vehicle crash on Hempton crossroad, near Fakenham, sees three taken to King’s Lynn hospital with injuries




A two-vehicle crash on a village crossroad saw three rushed to hospital with injuries at the weekend.

Police were called to the Hempton crossroad, near Fakenham, at 3.57pm on Saturday.

Three ambulances and a rapid-response vehicle attended the scene where the drivers and a passenger had suffered minor injuries.

Both vehicles were recovered and three people were taken to Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further assessment and treatment.

It is understood that the road was closed for some time but was open again by 5.52pm.
