Vehicle seized after driver attempted to get away with speeding offence in Swaffham

After attempting to escape from a road policing team having been caught speeding in Swaffham, the vehicle was later discovered and seized.

Norfolk and Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team posted on social media yesterday evening (Thursday, February 14) to say they had caught the offender.

It said: "They (the culprit) decided they didn't want to stop and made off.

"Unfortunately for them we found where they'd left their vehicle (and seized it).

"We've also identified the driver. You'll be hearing from us soon."
