The King Edward VII pupil recorded some very good fast lap times in testing/practice ready for the race day on Sunday.

He crossed the line for the chequered flag in second place, literally millimetres behind eventual race winner Caiden Morrison, in his opening outing before finishing second behind the same driver in Heat Two.

A re-started Heat Three saw Alexander finish third as he continued to build up his championship points total.

Starting second on the grid in the final, the youngster was fifth in the final.

But with his championship rival Kieran Lambert back down in the middle of the pack, Alexander retained his championship lead to go 20 points in front with six rounds to go.

Alexander is now leading three championships and is a close second in the overall standings of another.

A busy summer will continue with trips to Middlesbrough, in Teeside, then across to Rowrah, in Cumbria, and down to Shennington, in Oxfordshire, cominging up.

The teenager thanks his sponsors TheModernizer.com and Best@Bars King's Lynn for their continued support.
