King's Lynn club West Norfolk AC’s Rebecca Cousins pleased with second place series finish at final Shouldham cross country race

At the last Shouldham cross country race of the series, West Norfolk AC’s Rebecca Cousins was pleased with her second place series finish.

Neil Stapleton continues his impressive run of form, completing the Cambridge Half-Marathon in a personal best of 85:04 and placed 411th out of 12,000 runners.

At the Break charity cross country near Holt, the Hunny Bell event, Ben Collison made the top ten, Neil Watson ran well for 19th and Martin Koenigsberger battled with Wymondham AC opposition to claim West Norfolk’s first team finish.

Samantha Springer is returning to her best with a top 30 finish.
