Fast and furious action at King's Lynn arena

The big van bangers will head the four-formula line-up at Lynn’s Adrian Flux Arena on Bank Holiday Monday (1pm).

Also taking to the track will be the micro bangers, 2L stock cars and 2L (non-Mondeo) bangers.

Livewires Russell Gill and Kieran Bowman are both part of the big van entry, while Ashley Garrod, Chris Loveridge, Jake Burgess, Ryley Freestone and Ben Green are booked in to compete in the mocro bangers.

A star-studded two-litre stock car entry sees West Norfolk aces Lee and Jamie Sampson and Willie Skoyles Jnr in action.

Last weekend saw veteran George Morphey win the 1300 stock car European Championship for the first ever time.

There was an action-packed night of action and, in many people's eyes, the event eclipsed the F1 stock cars.

Frankie Wainman Jnr won his second F1 stock car final in succession in the F1 stock cars whilst Steve Thompson was successful in the feature for the V8 stock cars.
