Food Craft and Wood Festival at Sandringham
A festival will be happening in Sandringham this May Day bank holiday called the Food, Craft and Food festival run by Living Heritage Events.
Taking place on the royal Sandringham Estate it start son Saturday, April 30, Sunday May 1 and Monday May 2.
Celebrity chefs will be in attendance over the course of the weekend, including Phil Vickery, Levi Roots and Andrea Wallace.
There will be a chance to meet tasty food producers and retailers in the food hals such as the Great British Cheese Company, vegan experts Kind Food and the Orcadian Fudge company.
A piazza offers the opportunity to eat drink and relax in the chilled out seating area whilst enjoying some amazing food from specialist street food to cakes and noodles from a wide range of tastes and culture.
Marquees will house wood crafts, real ale and live music.
An international chainsaw carving event will culminate in a winner of the Sandringham Cup.
Families can be entertained with puppet shows, arena attractions and various displays and demonstrations.
Youngsters can meet the Towy Vale hamsters in their own marquee and the Pinxton puppets provide tradition English family entertainment pus the chance to decorate the chocolate genie.
With a family funfair, historical reenactment, falconry and clay pottery there are many activities for families to get involved with.
